4h of bad sleep! Its days like this i need 12-14h sleep on my off day...
After work, on my way home, driving by this running track again, my vibram in my passenger seat...
To run or not to run? Lets do it :) 4k quick run followed by a set of core exercises. I mean, i was really tired today so another 4km should not be much of a difference. Good thing to have a pair of running shoes in my car :)
