RE: 1000KM Project

Controlling my diet, getting myself motivated to run is tough. the past 2 year i had let loose myself and totally lack self discipline with regard to fatty food and alcohol.

Did a brick training today and felt fantastic! 

Re-watched 2 eps of Top Chef Canada while spinning and managed to drag my lazy ass out for a short 4km run. Cooling down with some core exercise :)

Weight: 121kg
Goal Achieved: 34/1000 KM (30km cycle, 4km run)
