Trip Day 3: KL Tour around!

Woke up early in the morning for one of the very highly acclaimed char siu roasted by someone who holds a PhD.

Restoran Famous Seremban Favourites

One look the major difference between the char siu here and back home is very obvious. Here no artificial colour and meat they use are the more fatty ones. A nice thick layer of fats, nicely caramelized honey glaze and well roasted smokey flavour finish with the ultimate tender texture... Ho chiak!

Char Siew will never be the same anymore... No Singapore char siew can come close to this standard. Its a bad thing for me to try one of the best if not the BEST char siew in KL. The standard set was way too high...

Nothing special about the fried dumplings...

Nothing Special about the noodles. It was over cooked... Not mushy but too soft for my liking.

Vodka Exhibition...

Cool bottle design!

Went twin tower window shopping again. Sit down at starbucks relax a little then get connected with the world again.

I love my frappe!

Trying out Lomo shots :)

For dinner we went to a place Williams for some street western food.

William's

Looks like a mamak stall, similar concept to mamak stall but western food! they even have seafood risotto, pasta in various sauce, cordon bleu, steaks, etc..

Pasta with homemade meatball with cheese filling. Slightly spicy and acidic sauce.

Arabic rice with condiments.

Grilled Seafood platter

Much better compared to Singapore food court standard but still it's just basic flavours. However the execution was done nicely with skills. Seafood was cook individually till perfection doneness then combine and serve. The meatball is a little dry but taste pretty good. The pasta however taste like bottle pasta sauce with some additional seasonings.

Custom made tandoor oven! If there is a next time i shall try their naan!
